About Samantha
I am a certified massage therapist. I work with each client to find where tension is built up and spend the time there: neck, shoulders, lower back, hips and legs. Sessions run quiet, with low music and low light unless you prefer otherwise.
Every session is a head-to-toe service. Let me know which areas you want extra attention on and which areas to avoid.
Hot stone and full-body work is great for post-gym recovery, helping you bounce back faster and supporting your fitness journey or your everyday lifestyle. Recovery is not only for athletes, though. If you work with your body, I work with what it carries home: contractors, electricians, plumbers, warehouse and delivery crews, drivers, nurses, chefs and anyone on their feet or lifting all day get focused work on the back, hips, legs, forearms and hands.
If you work at a desk or on calls, I work on what that costs you: lower back, neck, shoulders and the tight upper back that comes from long days at a screen. Executives, attorneys, finance and tech professionals, physicians, surgeons, pilots and business owners all hold stress in the same places. Walk in tight and wound up, walk out loose, relaxed, relieved and clear-headed, ready for the week.

Hot stone full-body massage
Heated basalt stones and long flowing strokes with organic oil, head to toe. The heat loosens muscle so the work goes deeper with less pressure. Heated towels are included with every session.
Targeted tension release
Focused attention on tight areas, including hands, forearms and feet, is included in any session at no charge. Trigger point tension release is a session upgrade (+$60).

A longer session built around you. Choose your pressure and focus areas, then add from the menu: aromatherapy, hand and foot work, bamboo massage and extended hot stone time.

Questions
I have never had a hot stone massage. How should I prepare?
Shower within 2 hours of your appointment. Eat lightly beforehand, drink water afterward, and tell me about any injuries or areas to avoid. Nervous about a first visit is normal; I walk you through everything.
Do you travel to my city?
Yes. I am based in Greenwich, CT and available to clients in other cities, either on my posted travel dates or by request. If you do not see an advertisement for your city or the dates you want, I am available by request with a 2-hour Signature custom session plus $100. Send a text or email with your city and I will confirm when I can be there.
Is a shower available?
Yes, before or after your session. For a longer soak in the experience, the aromatherapy steam shower upgrade adds shower steamers, body scrub and optional scalp massage, and the shower time does not count against your session.
What is included in every session?
Every session is head to toe with hot stones, heated towels and organic oil, with focused attention on hands, forearms and feet at no charge. Face massage is available by request. Scalp massage is available with the shower upgrade. Trigger point tension release is a session upgrade.
What are the hours, and do you take late appointments?
I am available around the clock by appointment. Appointments starting outside regular hours carry an after-hours fee of $50.
How far ahead should I book?
Plan ahead to guarantee your session. Same-day bookings are accepted only if I have time available. Every appointment is confirmed with a deposit: $100 for standard sessions and $150 for Signature sessions. The deposit is applied to your session total.
How long until you reply?
Usually within an hour, sometimes a few hours on busy days. I only accept text messages and email, no phone calls. Please send one message on one platform. If you have not heard back in 24 hours, your request was incomplete or did not reach me, so try again.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least a day ahead for advance bookings, or 4 hours ahead for same-day bookings. Your deposit is transferable to a new date when you cancel in time. Deposits are not refunded or transferred for no-shows or late cancellations.
How do I pay?
Cash is preferred and is handed over at the start of the appointment, in a small envelope or card if we are meeting somewhere public. Cash App, Venmo and Bitcoin are available on request for an additional $50. Cards carry an additional $50 processing fee. Tell me when booking if you will not be paying in cash.

Send your name, your age, preferred date and time, session length, and any add-ons. Tell me your pressure preference (light Swedish, medium or deep), which areas to focus on or avoid, and any allergies. I will reply to confirm.
